CasaReels.io is an AI-powered platform designed for real estate professionals. Our service transforms property photos into cinematic AI videos, allowing you to create engaging content for your listings. Features include video clip generation, clip combining, image editing, and media upscaling.

2. Account Requirements

To use CasaReels.io, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the rights to use any images or videos you upload
  • Purchase credits to use our AI generation features

3. Credits and Payments

CasaReels.io operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and used for AI generation features.

  • Credit packs are available at various price points
  • Credits never expire
  • Different features consume different amounts of credits
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Content Generation

CasaReels.io uses AI to generate videos and edit images based on your uploads. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may vary in quality and results
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use
  • Generated content should not violate any third-party rights
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of content you upload. For content generated through our service:

  • You own the rights to AI-generated outputs created from your uploads
  • You may use generated content for commercial purposes, including real estate marketing
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CasaReels.io to:

  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to circumvent our credit system or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
  • Upload content depicting minors or explicit material

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

CasaReels.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
